Most small business owners do not have the time to learn how to administer their own mailboxes and so unlike most providers, we provide a fully managed service at no extra cost. We’ll monitor your mailboxes, set up public folders, administer user rights, set passwords and allocate resources as and when required.

Generous 25GB Mailbox Size

Our mailboxes include – as standard – a generous 25 GB size limit. This is very favourable when compared with most other mailbox providers.

Email storage is pooled with other users in your business, giving us flexibility in how we allocate it to your users. For example, with two mailboxes, one user could have an 8 GB mailbox while another could have a 2 GB mailbox and no additional charges would apply.

Should you need to upgrade your storage, mailboxes can be upgraded in increments of 1 GB, up to a maximum  of 20 GB per mailbox.


For clients without pre-existing versions of Microsoft Outlook 2007 or 2010 (or Entourage for Mac) we offer a free and licenced copy of Microsoft Outlook 2007 for Windows users, or Microsoft Entourage 2004 for Mac users.

The software will be provided to you as a download, on-site installation can be arranged at additional cost.

 

All users can have access to their email from virtually anywhere, with Outlook Web Access 2007. This webmail interface contains much of the functionality of the Outlook 2007 desktop interface. Features and views are virtually identical, and the performance is outstanding. Web client deployment is ideal for home workers and roaming staff, keeping your employees productive when on the move.


All mailboxes can be upgraded to support any ActiveSync compatible mobile telephone or device, including Windows Phones, iPhones and Nokia devices. You can synchronise all of your Outlook emails, contacts and calendar information in real time and without duplication of information automatically. Every task you perform on your phone is automatically reflected in Outlook on your PC and Outlook Web Access.

All mailboxes can be upgraded to support BlackBerry Enterprise Server, (BES) the mobile email solution for business. Your email will be scanned using up to five Anti-Virus engines from leading Anti-Virus vendors including Kaspersky, Sophos, Microsoft and Norman.

The email servers also use advanced antispam measures to ensure your inbox is kept clear from unwanted junk email: Cloudmark is used alongside integrated filtering and third party email reputation databases which assist in preventing Spam and phishing attacks  which can affect the productivity of your staff and the security of your computer systems.

Unlike Office 365, we can offer multiple ‘public folders’ which can be associated with your staff mailboxes and appropriate access rights assigned to each. These are shared company folders, accessible from the Outlook or Entourage email client, or from Outlook Web Access, that allow your staff to collaborate using shared contacts, calendars and task lists.

Public folders allow employees to share information more effectively, which in turn maximises their productivity. As part of our service management we can setup public folders with an email to be used for generic email aliases such as sales@ or info@ without using additional mailbox resources.

You are just a click away from creating an automatic out of office message, which can be permanent until disabled or timed to start and stop when you want. If you’re out of the office or on holiday you can configure the system to automatically reply on your behalf to people when they email you, letting them know you are away.

While our Managed Exchange Service allows you to maintain your own calendar, contacts and tasks, the powerful collaboration features allow you to share this information with other members of staff.

You can permit others to automatically check the availability of people for meetings, allocate tasks to team members and automatically be updated on the task progress by other team members – all helping productivity.
