We are predominantly a business to business organisation, however we do provide IT support to domestic users:
- Simply call us when you need our help. We’ll provide support by email, telephone, on-site, remotely, or from our workshop. We’ll visit your home at a mutually convenient time.
- We will charge you a callout fee of £15, plus £30 per hour thereafter.
- You will be expected to pay by cash or cheque when the work has been completed, and we will send you a receipt for your payment by email within 5 working days.
Q & A
Do you take credit cards?
No. We do not have the facility at the moment; though will consider this in the future. You can pay by PayPal if you really need to use a card, but we prefer cash or cheque.
Do you guarantee your work?
When we supply new computer equipment, we provide a guarantee of between one and three years, depending upon the manufacturer’s warranty. When you pay us for our time, we cannot guarantee that particular issues will not recur. We are professionals and will do the best we can for you, but computers are not simple appliances and issues can be complex.
