Introducing James Brooks – New Support Staff

I’ve been working with James Brooks on an occasional basis for a few months now, but from January 2013 he’ll be a more regular fixture in my business.

James has a broad IT experience, though more especially in a domestic setting. He’ll be working with me on a day to day basis providing general IT support, assisting me with site visits, delivering some remote and site support.

Did I say he’s also a whizz at fixing laptops, tablet computers and mobile telephones?

I’ll try and introduce him to you personally, but from this point forward, you can expect him to be answering the phone and responding to some support requests directly.
